Chad C. Marcus

Attorney Marcus was born and raised in South Florida. He graduated from Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport Management. In his studies he focused on the business aspects of the sport industry, including marketing, management, law, sales, economics, and finance. While at Northwood, Attorney Marcus lettered in Baseball all four years. During his time at Northwood, Attorney Marcus had internships with Rodger Dean Stadium, USA Baseball, Perfect Game USA. Bocce Nation and the Sport Management Research Institute (SMRI). Shortly thereafter, Attorney Marcus attended Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, from which he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2017.

During his studies Attorney Marcus was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and was appointed as the director of Beyond the Game, a program in conjunction with the Miami Dolphins. Attorney Marcus was able to help his community by educating high school student-athletes in Broward and Miami-Dade on contemporary legal issues affecting America's youth today. With this knowledge these students were able to stay on track and continue their education and athletics at the collegiate level, making for a better future for them and their families.

While in law school Attorney Marcus was a paralegal for the firm, as well as for a prominent criminal defense firm. During this time Attorney Marcus gained invaluable knowledge and honed his skills while under the tutelage of Attorney Levi G. Williams.

Attorney Marcus practice areas include Complex Business Litigation, Employment and Wages and Contracts. Attorney Marcus is involved in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions and appeals.

Attorney Marcus is admitted to practice in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Young Lawyers section of the Broward County Bar Association.

Attorney Marcus is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany and daughters Hailey and Stella.
