When it comes to filing a lawsuit, those who have been mistreated or are seeking retribution should be able to benefit from the truth being revealed in court. However, some people in Fort Lauderdale and throughout Florida are not familiar with the ins and outs of employment litigation and the legal process. As a result, these people should do everything they can to approach their case properly.
According to one former employee, a manager at the company he used to work for would have him work off the clock once his workweek neared 40 hours. After clocking out, the man claims he would continue to give tours at the resort he worked for, which eroded employee morale.
Although the case has only just begun, several other employees have become part of the lawsuit as well. Furthermore, the company is also facing two lawsuits that have similarities to this one, one of which is in Florida, another in Tennessee. A spokesperson for the company declined to provide comments pertaining to the suit.

In order to ensure that they are able to position themselves well in the courtroom, those who are dealing with this issue could benefit from reaching out to a knowledgeable attorney.
